If you want prints and/or a magnet(s), complete the top portion of this form. In the message section, include the letter package letter of your choice along with your child's name and image number from the back of the proof.
Ordering Deadline for picture packets or magnets is Jan. 30. No orders accepted after Jan. 30. There is a two week turnaround.
**How to find your 4-digit number**
On the back of your proof, look for E14A - there should be 4 numbers that follow and then the letters RCHS BB. I need the 4 numbers between E14A and RCHS BB.
EXAMPLE: E14A0614 RCHS BB. Let me know if I can help you.
A. (1) 5x7, 4 wallets, (1) 5x7 team picture $15
B. (2) 5x7, 8 wallets, (1) 5x7 team picture $25
C. (1) 8x10, (2) 5x7, 8 wallets, (1) 5x7 team picture $35
D. Magnet $10
E. Image emailed to you ~ $15. You can add additional poses for $5 each. If paying with Venmo, Cash App, or Apple Pay, you MUST include in the memo your child's name and 4 digit image number from the back of your proof.
If you want multiple poses, I HAVE to have the image number(s). I can have this image(s) back to you in 1-2 days.
